The trail is located right next to the hotel, in a 230-year-old pine stand, where information boards illustrate selected topics and the secrets of dendrology and forest management. The forest by the hotel is notable for its centuries-old, multi-layered stand, dominated by 200-year-old Taborskie Pines and somewhat younger, yet still venerable (120–160-year-old) beeches, oaks, hornbeams and other tree species. At the end of the trail there is a combat bunker from World War II – the Miniskansen of Fortifications (it can be visited on Saturdays during the summer season). Walking along the trail you will also reach the canal connecting Lake Szeląg Mały with Lake Szeląg Wielki.
How to get there? Go left after the hotel gate.
Trail length – 2.2 km (round trip).
