- Experience in a similar position is welcome.
- Control of the quality of prepared dishes and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards,
- Maintaining order in the kitchen and taking care of the food storage,
- Assisting in creating new dishes and experimenting with culinary techniques,
- Training new employees and supporting the head chef in personnel management,
- Carrying out other duties assigned by the head chef.

The employee in this position is responsible for construction-technical work, maintenance of technical equipment and overall hotel upkeep. Reports directly to the head of the technical department. Work schedule: "five days a week".
