Pursuant to the Act of 28 July 2023 amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1606), the hotel is required to implement Minor Protection Standards (MPS) by August 15, 2024. The hotel is required to apply minor protection standards, in particular to establish the minor's identity and relationship with the adult with whom they are staying at the facility. (Act of 13 May 2016 on Counteracting the Threat of Sexual Crime and the Protection of Minors).
Due to SOM standards, we ask you to bring with you documents confirming the identity of your adult legal guardian and any minor traveling with you. We also ask that if you are traveling with a minor whose parent or legal guardian you are not, you provide parental consent to travel with the child.
To ensure proper verification, we will ask you to present your child's ID or other document confirming your current right to care for the child during check-in.
Examples of documents that verify a child's identity include an ID card, a school ID, the MObywatel app, an online patient account, or a court order.
If you are not the child's parent, you must present a notarized consent document or parental consent, along with the child's details, address, parent's contact information, ID number, and the PESEL number of the person traveling with the child.
