§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website located at URL: https://www.hotelanders.pl/
    and is effective from 14.04.2026.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter "GDPR"), we inform that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. execution of the contract or taking action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. consideration of complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. storage of documentation and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – survey requests or answering a few questions about the quality of services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information in social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. In case of consent, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the terms of the given consent.

If a person has given consent to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), data is processed until the consent is withdrawn, but afterward, information on who, when, and what consent was given may be archived (for the purposes of establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims). In other cases, data is processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g. execution of contract, responding to queries, tax regulations, etc.). §3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of programming companies and IT system maintenance companies with whom we have concluded appropriate agreements. These agreements include data processing and confidentiality rules. These data are not disclosed, and none of these companies have the right to process data in any way other than specified in the agreements. Your data, if accessible by the company, may only be processed for the purpose of properly providing services.
