SPA package for SENIORS (6 days)

The package for 2 persons includes:

• • 5 nights (6 days stay) for 2 persons in a double room - stay possible from Sunday to Friday (Sunday is the day of arrival, and Friday is the day of departure).
  • 5 breakfasts for 2 persons served as a buffet or a shortened menu card (depending on hotel occupancy).
  • 5 dinners for 2 persons served as a buffet or a shortened menu card (depending on hotel occupancy).
  • Access to the pool, Masurian Saunas World, and gym – unlimited, during opening hours.
  • SPA treatments for each person:
    • 3 x Partial body massage (20 min).
      Has beneficial effects on the whole body and has de-stressing, relaxing, and healing properties.
      
    • 1 x Facial massage (20 min).
      A gentle massage relaxing facial muscles. It has relaxing, regenerating, and rejuvenating effects. It relaxes muscles, stimulates skin microcirculation, thus preventing wrinkle formation.
      
    • 1 x Healthy Back (50 min).
      An intensive care treatment for the spine, based on Ayurveda with Himalayan Art Reum to regain physical and mental well-being by activating metabolism throughout the body. The treatment is combined with a massage that strengthens the spine, reduces pain, relaxes muscle tension, and prevents its causes.
    • 3 x Paraffin hand treatment (20 min).
      Intensively moisturizing treatment. Therapeutic for aching joints, eliminates skin dryness. Softens and smooths the skin.
      
  • Activities with an instructor for each person:
    • 1 x Nordic Walking (50 min).
      Supports heart function, improves fitness, strengthens muscles, and relieves joints thanks to the use of poles.
      
    • 1 x "Healthy Back" exercises - gym session (30 min).
      Gentle but effective gym exercises that help strengthen back muscles, improve posture, and reduce tension.
  • Sports package for each person:
    • Bicycles and Nordic Walking poles available for free rental (in the season allowing use of these attractions).
  • Gastronomic package for each person:
    
    • 1 x glass of wine,
    • 1 x dessert from the Palace Restaurant menu to be used during the stay.
  • Parking and tourist tax.

Voucher valid for six months from the date of purchase, except for special weekends, holidays, New Year's Eve, and vacation periods (July-August). The voucher has no monetary value and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
