Personal trainer sessions (45 min).
An individual meeting with an experienced trainer is the perfect opportunity to learn how to exercise effectively and safely. During the 45-minute session, you will learn the basics of proper technique, receive valuable tips tailored to your needs, and support to help you achieve your goals faster and with greater confidence.
SPA treatments for each person:
- "Hardman" massage (40 min).
  An intense ritual for true tough guys! This energizing bamboo massage combines the power of nature and therapeutic touch. Performed using special bamboo sticks and brushes, it works both relaxing and healing. It effectively stimulates circulation, loosens tense muscles, and relieves pain. Weekend stay prices (from Friday to Sunday):

2260 PLN / two people (in a standard double room).

1570 PLN / one person (in a single room).

Prices for stays outside weekends (from Sunday to Friday):

2034 PLN / two people (in a standard double room).

1413 PLN / one person (in a single room).

During the holidays (July - August) and special weekends, a surcharge of 400 PLN/stay applies.

Offer conditions:

The offer is not valid during holidays, New Year's Eve, special/themed weekends.
Stay possible from Sunday to Friday.

Children

One child up to 5 years old stays in the hotel free of charge if sleeping in the parents’ bed. A stay for a child up to 5 years old sleeping on an extra bed is charged. Children up to 3 years old stay in the hotel free of charge if sleeping in the parents’ bed or in a travel cot. Travel cots are provided free of charge, subject to availability and prior request. In the case of two children over 5 years old, neither of whom sleeps in the parents’ bed, the following accommodation options are available: two children aged 5–12 years can sleep on a single sofa bed in the parents’ room, or two children over 13 years old can sleep in a separate room, which is charged at the full room rate. Only one extra bed is allowed per room — a single sofa bed with dimensions of 75 cm in width and 195 cm in length.

Animals

Pets are allowed. The fee is PLN 70 per day for an animal. We do not accommodate guests with animals in the apartments. Pets are not allowed in the hotel restaurant and must be on a leash in public areas (dogs must be muzzled).
