SPA Package for Seniors is a harmonious combination of active rest with relaxing and strengthening treatments that have a positive effect on the body and well-being. The unique location of our hotel promotes tranquility, regeneration, and finding inner peace.

The package includes:

• 5 nights (6 days stay) for 2 people in a double room - stay possible from Sunday to Friday (Sunday is the arrival day, and Friday is the departure day).
• 5 breakfasts for 2 people in the form of a buffet or a shortened menu (depending on hotel occupancy).
• 5 dinners for 2 people in the form of a buffet or a shortened menu (depending on hotel occupancy).
• Access to the swimming pool, Masurian Sauna World, and gym - unlimited during opening hours.
• SPA treatments for each person:
  • 3 x Partial body massage (20 min).
    It has a beneficial effect on the entire body as well as de-stressing, relaxing, and healing properties.
    
  • 1 x Facial massage (20 min).
    A gentle massage relaxing the facial muscles. It has a relaxing, regenerating, and rejuvenating effect. It relaxes muscles, stimulates skin microcirculation, thereby preventing the formation of wrinkles.
    
  • 1 x Healthy Back (50 min).
    An intensive care treatment for the spine, inspired by Ayurveda with Himalayan Art Reum to regain physical and mental well-being through activation of metabolism throughout the body. The treatment is combined with a massage that strengthens the spine, reduces pain, relaxes muscle tension, and prevents its causes.
  • 3 x Paraffin hand treatment (20 min).
    An intensely moisturizing treatment. It has a therapeutic effect on sore joints, eliminates skin dryness. Softens and smooths the skin.
    
• Activities with an instructor for each person:
  • 1 x Nordic Walking (50 min).
    Supports heart function, improves fitness, strengthens muscles, and relieves joints thanks to the use of poles.
    
  • 1 x "Healthy Back" exercises - gym session (30 min).
    These are gentle but effective gym sessions that help strengthen back muscles, improve posture, and reduce tension.
• Sports attractions package for each person:
  • Bicycles and Nordic Walking poles available for free rental (in the season allowing use of these attractions).
• Gastronomic attractions package for each person:
  
  • 1 x glass of wine,
  • 1 x dessert from the Palace Restaurant menu to be used during the stay.

Price:

4300 PLN / two people (in a standard double room).

From 01.07 to 31.08: 4700 PLN / 2 people in a standard double room.

Offer conditions:

• The offer is dedicated to persons aged 60+, age will be verified when filling out the registration form.
• The offer is not valid during holidays, New Year's Eve, special/theme weekends.
• Stay possible from Sunday to Friday.
