Silence, nature, and a fish on the hook
Lake Szeląg Mały, on which the Hotel Anders is picturesquely situated, is a true paradise for fishing enthusiasts. Covering an area of 83.8 hectares, it reaches a depth of approximately 15 meters and is 2.7 km long. It is connected to Lake Szeląg Wielki by a canal, which further enhances its appeal to anglers.
The reservoir is managed by the Fisheries Farm in Ostróda, and the fishery is renowned for its abundant fish stock. Among the most commonly caught species are zander, pike, bream, perch, eel, tench, and roach.
Several piers are available on the section of the lake adjacent to the Hotel Anders, offering comfortable fishing. For those who prefer water fishing, rowboat rentals are also available, allowing access to the most promising spots on the lake.
